The Equitable Building

The Equitable Building is a historic building located in Downtown Baltimore’s City Center neighborhood. Originally built in 1891, The Equitable Building is the oldest building in Monument Square and is considered the City’s first skyscraper. The complete renovation transformed this 120 year old, rental apartments while retaining the existing retail space. Equitable is currently on the National Register of Historic Places.
