1400 West Monroe was a ground-up luxury condominium development in Chicago’s West Loop. The project delivered 38 residences, including expansive two- and three-bedroom homes as well as three penthouses ranging up to 5,000 square feet. Designed with floor-to-ceiling windows, premium finishes, and private outdoor spaces, the property established a new standard for luxury multifamily living in one of Chicago’s most competitive submarkets. Completed in partnership with Astor Realty Capital and Revolve Wealth Partners, 1400 West Monroe demonstrated JKE’s ability to execute boutique, high-end residential projects.
