In June 2025, the Partnership acquired a 16.67-acre site in Jacksonville, North Carolina, to develop a 71-unit Build To Rent (BTR) community. Located just 5 minutes from Marine Corps Base Camp LeJeune and near the desirable Towne Pointe community, this project will be the first of its kind in Jacksonville. The Cape At Jacksonville will offer Class A, purpose-built rental homes featuring 3- and 4-bedroom options with high-end finishes and excellent amenities. This BTR community meets the growing demand for affordable and flexible living solutions.
