Dearborn Tower represents one of JK Equities’ most significant mixed-use redevelopment projects, encompassing 750,000 square feet. The building was repositioned into 317 residential condominiums, 20,000 square feet of retail space, and 400 parking spaces. This large-scale mixed-use asset became a cornerstone of the South Loop’s transformation, blending urban density with community-serving retail and parking. Partnering with State Street Global, JK Equities successfully executed one of the largest adaptive reuse projects in the City, setting a standard for large-scale redevelopment.
