Overlooking Grant Park 888 was redeveloped into 36 condominium units, with upgraded interiors and layouts that took advantage of the building’s lakefront and park views. Positioned as a high-rise multifamily asset, the project delivered long-term value in one of Chicago’s most desirable residential corridors. This Property was designated as a Chicago Landmark and received preferential real estate tax treatment.
