2100 South Indiana, Chicago, IL 60616

Vesta Lofts is a historic redevelopment of the Vesta Battery Corporation Headquarters. This 100 year old, 65,000 square foot brick and timber warehouse has been transformed into 59 loft apartments and 7,700 square feet of retail space. Currently, the building is fully stabilized having recently secured Pizano’s Pizza, a well known Chicago establishment, to occupy the entire ground floor retail space.

Adjacent to the structure is a 25,000 square foot development parcel which is currently being used for parking. Vesta Lofts is located in a blossoming part of the South Loop directly across the street from the new DePaul basketball arena as well as many other new developments.

Vesta Lofts is a joint venture between JK Equities, LLC, OAK Capitals, LLC and Time Equities, Inc.
