Jerry began his real estate career in 1982. He along with his affiliates’ past holdings include over 4,500 rental apartment units and 5.0 million square feet of commercial space, including triple net leased warehouses, industrial space, offices and single tenant retail facilities valued at nearly $1 billion. Jerry is also credited for being the catalyst that sparked the revitalization of Chicago’s South Loop developing and selling in excess of 3,500 units since 1999.

Jordan began his real estate career in 2004 in Manhattan at Deutsche Bank followed by Ernst & Young in their Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities groups. In 2006 Jordan relocated to Chicago where he began working on various real estate development projects. After experiencing the height, trough and recovery of the real estate market, Jordan returned to New York in 2013. Currently, Jordan oversees all aspects of JK Equities with a particular focus on construction and sourcing new projects. Jordan enjoys time with his family, golfing, and being outside. He also spends a lot of time on philanthropy, especially at the Sid Jacobson JCC, where he is currently a Board Member.

Avery Lefkowitz is a Real Estate Development Associate at JK Equities. He is responsible for assisting in the oversight of construction, redevelopment, and asset management for the firm across its portfolio. Previously, Avery was at NuVerse Advisors, a global macro hedge fund. There, he worked on executing equity and debt trades along with market analysis on potential investments. Avery is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he received a B.B.A. in Finance and Risk Management and Insurance.

Kelley has been with JK Equities since 2015 and overseas all administrative duties and bookkeeping. She is in charge of keeping all company financials in order & up to date as well as providing administrative support to all employees ensuring efficient office operations. Prior to joining JK, Kelley worked in banking & insurance. Kelley is an avid NY Yankees fan and loves to craft.
David Berkin

David is JK Equities’ Senior Project Manager. He is responsible for the development and construction aspects of the active projects in the JK Equities portfolio. Prior to joining JK Equities, David gained Construction Project Management experience at Mill Creek Residential, Skanska Building, and the Vertex Companies. His past projects have included multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, and industrial use types. While most of Mr. Berkin’s projects have been based in the New York Metropolitan area, he has performed construction due diligence and peer reviews for projects across the country, as well. David received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University. Additionally, he earned a Master of Business Administration from New York University with specializations in Real Estate and Corporate Finance. When he’s not knee-deep into plan sets, David enjoys spending time with family, skiing, and working with his hands.

Industry Veteran, Paul Davidson, is JK Equities’ Vice President of Business Development. He is responsible for assisting the Principles in developing and executing growth strategies for the firm. Prior to joining JK Equities, Paul worked at Newmark for 36 years, in commercial brokerage and leasing. In this capacity, Paul was tasked with maintaining long term relationships with a myriad of prestigious firms, including, but not limited to: Lexis Nexis, HBO, Weitz & Luxenberg, Tourneau, Continental Stock Transfer & Trust and Medallion Financial. His experience and intimate knowledge of the market, in conjunction with his clients’ needs, made him a critical part of their decision-making process. Some notable transactions of his include the advisement on the acquisition of 700 Broadway and the sale of 250 W. 54th St.,44 East 32nd St, 48 East 57th St, 256 West 38th St and 252 West 37th St. Paul graduated from Brooklyn College and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. When he is not working to unlock stakeholder value, he is working on helping his community. There he serves on the board of The Creative Arts Workshop for Kids, was a foundation board member of Self Help Community Services, and is on the committee for the annual Sid Jacobson JCC Golf Outing.
